Hi piyush,

For 570 marks, in general category for state quota seats you can get the following colleges for mbbs.

Government Medical College, Amritsar(523)
Government Medical College, Patiala (537)
Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot(518)

A hike in cutoff is possible as ews seats may be taken from general category. Also the level of difficulty is important while determining the hike. So nothing can be said precisely about how much cutoffs could hike.
