Manav, To be honest, there is no way that you can get to know your actual marks based on percentile or you cannot really get any relationship between marks secured and percentile as the percentile is not the same as percentage. In actual sense, percentile is the percentage of people you are ahead of. So, there is no way to check if your results resemble the percentile or not, the NTA has set of calculations and normalization procedure through which it releases your percentile which is in total resemblance with your marks obtained. Now, coming over to the rank part. Here, I am assuming that your query is about JEE MAINS PAPER 1 and if your query was about Paper 2, then you can let me know.

See, It is difficult to predict the exact ranks currently as the April JEE MAINS session has yet to take place. However, you can predict your expected rank by this formula:-

(100 - your total score) X 869010 /100

If, however, the number of candidates for April exam get increased to another number, say,  1200000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 1200000/100

In your case the rank comes out to be around 218990. Note that it is the expected ALL INDIA RANK and not your category rank which is very difficult to predict at this point of time.
