Since you have 1241 girl rank so on behalf of this rank there are by the less chances that you will get any branch in MMMUT but if somehow t=you manage to occupy or you get any seat than also you have to satisfy with most probably your non willing  branch or I can say that lowermost branches like chemical engineering or material engineering. And if you are comfortable with these branches then you can proceed further but if you want some other branch than you have to look for any other college.
