My neet score is 264. Can l get any Mbbs college fees 2 lakh per annum in india

No at this low score you wan't get medical college with 2 lakhs fees.

Based on this score NEET 2018 the chances are less to get a seat in Government colleges for medical programme. You can try for the private colleges & Deemed Universities. The fees structure varies college to college but for private & deemed universities fees structure you can expect minimum 3 to 4,000,00 per annum.
