Well getting admission in IPU for MBBS is really difficult. The cut off usually go high for IPU and the cut off is highest for general category students.

As per your marks, your chances are low to get a seat there. Still ,attend the counseling to know more. 

The process is vert simple where you register first at IPU and then after the declaration of NEET results, counseling is organised by IPU for the students who have already registered before on the online portal.
