Hi !
It is difficult to get a seat in IPU without Delhi quota. According to last year's data , 612 was the cutoff for All india quota for general category candidates for admission into NDMC medical college , Delhi. So , your marks have much difference with the cutoff marks.
Rest , cutoff changes every year.
