NIT delhi has only 3 branches available cse, ece and electrical. With your score electrical is available.  In your other options you gave,  it would be tough to get civil.

With this much score in jee mains examination you may not get these nits. You should apply for nits like NIT JSR, nit Agartala, nit Durgapur etc. With branches like civil and chemical engineering.
