Based on your category rank for ST-Boys, under All India seat (since you did not mention your home state) you will NOT be able to get into majority of the NITs with such a high rank. However, you may have a chance under Home State Quota. I will advise you to post a new question with your Home State mentioned so that we can give accurate answers to you.
