You got a good rank in st category. You may have a chance to get a seat in lower NITs like Agartala, Hamirpur, Silchar, Mizoram, Puducherry and likewise.

To get admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs, GFTI colleges, you need to register for JoSAA counseling. For JoSAA your category rank will be considered.

Based on your category rank for ST-Boys, under All India seat (since you did not mention your home state) you will NOT be able to get into majority of the NITs with such a high rank. However, you may have a chance under Home State Quota. I will advise you to post a new question with your Home State mentioned so that we can give accurate answers to you.
