Your chances of securing an MD seat in government colleges are extremely low with 120349 NEET PG 2025 rank. However, you may still have chances in private medical colleges, deemed universities, or less competitive branches depending on your category and state quota.

With a NEET PG rank of 120,349, getting an MD seat in a top government college is quite difficult because the cutoff ranks are usually much lower. Still, you may get a chance in less competitive MD branches like Pathology, Community Medicine, or Microbiology. Your chances improve if you are open to private or deemed colleges. State quota and later counselling rounds can also help.
