It's quite difficult to predict  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors. . As you have mentioned that your category rank in OBC is 23209. Considering the previous years cutoffs you may have chances to get admission in lower NITs or IIITs. But if you are thinking for branches like CSE then it would be difficult. Any other branches you might get.
