The possibility of admission depends on a lot of factors like the number of students willing to take admission, the seat matrix of the college and the preferences of the students.

There are only 1300 seats that are filled via IAT category and hence if you belong to the general category it might be quite difficult to get into IISERs. A rank Below 5 K would be safe.
