I don't think jadavpur takes 1000 up rank of student as per B.Arch you can try , but I am not sure that you can get admission.

For B.Arch jadavpur takes (10+2) student who have pass mark in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Minimum in physics of 65% marks in abov e subjects taken together (45% forSC/ST/PWD/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) having 60%
Mathematics (45% for SC/ST/PWD/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates)
English with a minimum of 30% (for all categories of candidates) in the said qualifying examination.

You have good rank so you can get any top college in westbengal except jadavpur because it is top college in india also. You can try but I am not sure you can get .
