There is a Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling for the student who have cleared the JEE mains cutoff. This year obc category cut off for JEE Mains is 74.31 percentile. If you cleared the cut off you are eligible for JoSAA counselling else you have to register for different state level counselling.
