I got 85 percentile in jee mains 2019 (obc) with rank 164464 and category rank is 50500 can i get a seat in NIT????

See, it is not possible for you to get any NIT in other state with your rank.

Home state will be a great help for you. For example, if your home state is west Bengal, then you can get NIT Durgapur biotech department.

So, the opening and closing ranks is different for different home states.

For 50500 OBC rank you have very low chance to get any NITs or IIITs or GFTIs.  These colleges closes for 15000 OBC rank. Your rank is far beyond, so you have very low chances for NITs.
