You can expect a seat in IPU for B.Sc Nursing. But also keep in mind that cut offs vary every year and admissions depend a lot on categories. Your rank is good so you have some chances in IPU. The rest will be clear after IPU releases official counseling schedule. They mention upto which rank students can participate in a counseling. It is hard to predict anything like that right now because IPU has taken down previous year cut offs. But don't worry, it'll be clarified very soon.
