Hello.

Good to hear from you. As per the previous years' cutoff, for the genreal category, the cut off for ECE is 6980. Since you got 24K rank, you might not get a seat in it even in round-II. But if you belong to some other caste then you'll have a reservation which might increase your chances of getting a seat.
