I believe you should have submitted the original 12th certificate because the candidature is then viable for cancellation so it is important that you should submit 12th certificate.

Second option that you have that you can try to submit it to the Anna University but I doubt they will provide the ranking. But you can try for it. I believe you should try for other colleges too like VITEEE, SRMJEEE, Manipal University, WBJEE,comedk colleges.
