If you are from CBSE board then yes are eligible and you are from orther board then check minimum creteria of it for SC student. Moreover in this rank can get all branch in NIT durgapur except CS. And I have attached a link do check it to get a more clear view which branch you can get.

Congratulations on getting sucha good rank. I think you will be eligible because of your home quota for NIT Durgapur. The only problem is that if you belong to the General category then the problem arises with your Board percentage. Every candidate is required to have the least percentage of 75%. I think you will ne rejected in counselling process because of this. All the best!
