As per your query  I would glad to tell you that with only marks it is quite difficult to predict your chances of getting admission in  Bhubneswar  medical colleges as for rank cut off varies every year which is direclty get affected by total number of applications ,number of student registered for it and difficulty level which varies every year . I would advise you to start looking for backups and hope for the best
