It would really help if you could mention which state or college you prefer but nonetheless, you should know that the cutoffs this year, due to a very good competition, have gone high even for Reserved categories. 450 marks cannot guarantee you an admission since many cutoffs don't go below 470. But again, it would help if you would mention your preferred colleges. you can also check this list of government college cut offs state wise for a better Solution:

Based upon the marks that you have scored for scheduled caste category, you have chances for private colleges for 15% All India Quota. It would had been better if you had mentioned category rank.
Now for state quota seats in Haryana as per your domicile, you have chances for both private and government colleges, however the preferences are more for private colleges.
