This depends on too many factors:
General : you have good chances
OBC :cent percent even iit Bombay
Rest is self explanatory .

Hi Umeer!

For admission in IIT requires to qualify all the sectional cut off and not only on the basis of a single subject. Though if you have almost the same scores in the remaining two then the overall marks obtained would be fair enough to get an IIT.

There is no such concept of sectional cutoff for MSc in iits.
