my son's expected meet score is 400..is it possible to get mbbs seat under linguistic minority(telugu)quota in Karnataka...at least private seat in karnataka

Yes, ofcourse he can get admission in private medical colleges in any states including Karnataka.
Because the expected qualifying marks for neet 2022 is 130-140 out of 720 (for general category). Which means he is eligible for any private medical colleges.
But not for government medical colleges as the cut off for Neet 2021 was 592 for Bangalore Medical College.
