Please mention your PMR because all the allotments are done on the basis of GMR and PMR only. You mentioned that your TFW rank is 4009 this means PMR will be much higher. So the chances are not too much but still you can try. You can get admission in many other private colleges. But the chances of geting a seat in government college is very less.
