Hi Rahul.Yes I think you can get cse in vellore campus of vit.But I cannot give you surity that you may get it in the 1st category itself.

By this you can get some clarity.And coming to college choosing I think nit rourkela is better than vit vellore.Because NIT brand is very important for placements.At the same time I am not telling that vit doesnot get good placements.It do have but not as much as nit's.
