Hey Shinjan! You will definitely get a seat Jadavpur University on the basis of your category rank. JU is a public state university located in Kolkata, West Bengal. It has two campuses, the main campus at Jadavpur and the new campus at Salt Lake. It was upgraded to a full-fledged university in 1955. The University has its origin in the erstwhile National Council of Education. Jadavpur University offers UG, PG, and research courses in a variety of disciplines.

I have a doubt...on what basis I will get in Jadavpur.Will they see my category rank or GMR rank during councelling??please tell me which branches will I get?

On the basis of gmr council is proceed, it is clearly written on the rank card,
You will not be able to get jadhavpur university as per your rank
