My GMR is 7650 general rank in wbjee i am from wb will i get JADAVPUR university

Sorry to say, at this rank it is impossible to get any government college under WBJEE.
Most of the government colleges get filled within 1000 rank.
You may try for renowned private colleges. Private colleges also provide quality education and placements.
You may get electronics and communication at Heritage Institute of technology.
Techno India salt lake, techno India college of technology, Haldia Institute of Technology, RCC Institute of Information Technology are very good private engineering colleges in west bengal.
You can get seat here in cse, ece easily .
