Hi ! Yes, you may get it easily but you have to wait upto last round. This is the case of your good luck because last year the civil cut off was around 21000. So if your luck slightly supports you and vacancy is there you will easily get it. But generally vacancy is always there so don't tension about it. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.

There are very low chances, I would say almost no chance to get HIT with this rank, but you can try in other colleges like Haldia, Techno and others if you want a decent college for civil engineering.
