Forget WBJEE rank , Jadavpur University being the only worthy college accepting Wbjee rank, it's CSE is nowhere near VIT CSE.VIT also gets good placements and even gives you a good pratical knowledge of technological applications.It ranks among top IIT's ,NIT's and BITS in our country.Look nowhere ,go to VIT, if not eligible for some better NIT or BITS.

You have less chances to get IITs. Based on your WBJEE rank you have chances to get top colleges. You should go for it.
