The cutoff changes every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,diffiulty level of paper,previous year cutoff trends,total no.of seats etc  .but based on previous year analysis .

The cutoff for cse last year was:1734

the cutoff for IT last year was:5005

based on previous year cutoff you have tough chances to fetch seat in cse or it in jadavpur university.however you have chances to fetch seat in other branches like civil engineering(cutoff last yr:9399),metallurgical engineering(last year cutoff:9497),production engineering etc.
