It is very tough to predict this year. As if you compare from last year cutoff it was AIR 17426 for OBC CATEGORY. but this year cut off is AIR 18005  in first round only.There are very pretty much decent chance that you will get this college in mop up round through the state quota. But it will all depend on number of vaccant seat in 2nd round itself. But yeah IPU colleges cut off are also very high this year as cut off ranks for IPU in first round was AIR12638 for obc category. So you will have better chances of getting a seat in delhi in lhmc only so you should try till mop up round.

An All India Rank of 17426 was the closing rank for OBC in DU State Counselling for Lady Hardinge Medical College under OBC. The score was 567. With a score of 600, you should have chances ideally but this year because the top score was 720, cut offs have gone way higher. The thing is Lady Hardinge might not be vacant until Mop up round. The seats might be filled by Round 2 and then even with such good score, your chances are on the dot.
