Going by previous All India cut offs and your rank, you may decent chances in General Surgery in Medical Colleges like:

Dr. S. N. Medical College: Anaesthesiology

Sanjay Gandhi PostGradaute Institute of Medical Sciences: Radiotherapy

SVMC: Pathology

Sardar Patel Medical College: Microbiology

Motilal Nehru Medical College: ENT

Having said that, this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, difficulty of the exam, and no.of seats available for each specialisation. Please try our College predictor to check the possibility of other specialisations with you rank across India:  https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-pg-all-india-college-predictor

Hi,

Well I would like to tell you that the chances seems a bit low. The rank is a bit high and the category rank is also a bit high but still you can opt for state quota counseling from your state of domicile where you might have more chances of admission in a clinical course.

I hope my answer helps.

All the best.
