I hope you are doing well and good. Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, NIT Raipur is the second-oldest NIT and the third-oldest NIT Council member. NIT Andhra is a brand new institution.  Now it's up to you to do the rest. NIT Raipur is the place to go if you want to live a more comfortable life after four years (remember that both being NITs, will provide you good placement; but since NIT Raipur is quite old and established institute, this will provide a better stand).
