I am afraid to say but you will not get any government medical college through any of both state quota counseling or AIQ counseling. Your score and rank is very low according to this year cut off. You may get private medical colleges in uttar pradesh at your marks. AIQ cut off for obc in round first of NEET 2020 is AIR 12353. And cut off ranks for OBC in uttar pradesh first round counselling is AIR 16990 for GMC, bahraich.

So you have almost no chances in govt MBBS college. You will definitely get a seat in private MBBS college of Uttar Pradesh.

As of now its tough to say which college you can get because the cutoff changes every year with college and this year the cutoff went high and fewseats have increased.but with previous year analysis your rank and category we can findyou possibilites into colleges,with last year data you have really low or no chances of fetching a seat in government medical colleges of uttarpradesh ,as of last year for obc the minimum score for obc cat to fetch govt colleges in up is 585 also this year the cutoff rose so seems like no chances.you have chances in management quota,neverthless try during counselling.to know what are previous year colleeges for your rank check this: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up
