Osmania University required eligibility criteria is 40% minimum aggregate in BSc Botany and for more information on cutoff I would request you to visit below mentioned link. According to it there is no cutoff marks for SC/ST. However cut off for General and OBC category is 25 in each. I hope this answer would be helpful.
