Hey Akshansh,
The admissions to M.Sc in Mathematics at Panjab University are provided on the basis of marks obtained in CET PG which is a state level entrance test conducted by Panjab University for admission to its various PG as well as UG courses
The application forms for CET PG are available from March,19th 2019
