You might have not completed the registration successfully so you are requested to try registering for the application once again by using alternate email ID and phone number. You can then proceed to fill the online application form and complete the payment of the application fee. To keep the applications details handy we would suggest you to save the submitted application form and take the print out of it for future reference.

As you have not paid the registration fee so I don't think there will be any kind of problem in re registering with your mail id and mobile number.

You will get your application number if you will re register.
