Even though it is not one of the best institutions in Madhya Pradesh, it offers pupils respectable job placement. In the CSE branch, between 75 and 80 percent of students get placed each year. The lowest salary at TCS is INR 4 lacs, while the highest package is INR 9–10 lacs. Although not as frequently as CSE students, students from other branches also get placed. Some students also receive excellent research help from their colleges and internships.

Many teachers come from NITs and IITs and have extensive topic understanding. They assist with research work in addition to studies. Every branch of the college follows the RGPV curriculum.
