With your WEBJEE score you can have decent chances. And with your JEE score you have less chance to get admission in NIT's but it also depends from which state you are.
These all the colleges are good colleges but as per the reviews & rating given by the students you can go for Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia. For the genuine reviews you can go with given below links.
