Firstly I would say both these colleges are really good and have set their own standards. They have really good infrastructure, faculty and facilities. But Speaking of the courses I would say, computer science is a little saturated these days with many having the similar degree and it might be hard for you to find a job. Which is vice versa for information science. So at the end I would recommend you stick to what is more convinent for you. Consider the coat of living, fees etc and then decide.
