YOu can get solved as well as unsolved question paper of IGNOU for past years in several sites on the net.Some of the sites are embibe,webservices.ignou.acc etc.You can get there solved as well as unsolved.The exam is conducted by the Indira Gandhi National open University and time table generally gets released in 1st week of August.
