Yes you have chance to change branch in second year .The eligibility to change branch is you should have 55% in 1 semester and you do not have any back .If your result is not declared due to some reason at time of branch season then you are also not eligible.If you have tution fee wavier seat then after branch change you have to surrender that seat.The process of branch change usually take place in month of May .you have proper documentation such as category certificate,domicile,Marksheet etc.the fees for branch change in Rajasthan Technical University Kota is 375 Rupee's.

The cutoffs are declared of different branches and branches are alloted during process.
