hi,

see cutoff score for psu hirings changes every year and it depends on various factors like number of participants, vacancy of seats, questions difficulty level etc. now psus like ongc, iocl, bpcl have some vacancy for chemistry msc degree holders but there is no surety that this year also vacancies come, meanwhile you can try for phd in iits since based on gate score phd admission is given.
