Your rank in IPU CET for BJMC is not quite well. You cannot get top ranked colleges affiliated to GGSIPU for BJMC. But still there are some colleges you may get if you are a Delhi and general category considering last year's cutoff which are:

• Delhi Metropolitan Education, Noida 
• Kasturi Ram College of Higher Education, Narela
• Madhu Bala Institute of Communication and Electronic Media, Madangir
• United College of Education, Greater Noida 
• Vivekanand College of Professional Studies, Ghaziabad

But still you can hopefor a better college in spot round.
