Hey aspirant,

On the basis of your marks I guess your rank would somewhere range around 289672 - 329822.So, considering your marks you have very low chances of getting seats in government medical colleges. But there are few other options for you like you can go for bams, bhms etc. Also if you can afford studying mbbs from a private college then of course you can go for it. But as we all know that fee for mbbs usually ranges from 15-20lakh per year. So,it can be a little tuff. For checking out the list for private colleges use the link mentioned below-

Now, going for abroad I cannot comment on that because I don't have a vast idea about it. This choice is totally upto you.
