On the basis of your marks I guess your rank would somewhere range around 289672 - 329822.So, considering your marks you have very low chances of getting seats in government medical colleges. But there are few other options for you like you can go for bams, bhms etc. Also if you can afford studying mbbs from a private college then of course you can go for it.
