Chances extremely low for Aeronautical branchvat Dayanand sagar college of engineering since cutoffs below 13000 ranks.

You can however convert Construction technology engineering at DSCE.

For Aeronautical engineering you can convert following colleges under :

ACS college of engineering
KLS Gogte Institute of technology
Srinivas Institute of technology
East west college of engineering.
