Well if you are comparing PICT PUNE and VISHWAKARMA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, PUNE then my suggestion would be to go with PICT CSE because it has more better placements and Faculties as compared to VISHWAKARMA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, PUNE.

Both are the best colleges for CSE branch,But according to placement opportunities you can go for VIT UNIVERSITY'S VELLORE CAMPUS for CSE branch.Many big companies comes there for recruitment and average package is around 6 LPA.
