National institute of technology Srinagar is good and very reputable college. It was established 1960 and till now it's running very successfully. Now the NIRF rank is 201 -250 this year. And another good news NIT Srinagar students can apply phd program offered by IIT Delhi from 29th Dec 2020. And CSE ofcourse is a very good department to open good opportunity for any BTech students.

Now come to your CS or IT department. IT means information technology which is another good department in engineering. You can also learn computer related problems. So if you get IT department in between top 10 colleges in maharaja then it will also good. In good means maharastra location is better than Srinagar as a company location. But you will leave the NIT college.  So decision is all your.  Just think about it and you know how you will work for it.
