Since you are under 10k range in SRMJEE it's better but as far as ranking , placement, education infrastructure point of view you should go with VIT because it stand better position than SRM.

Since you got 32k rank in VITEEE you will be possibly get ECE,CIVIL or Aeronautical may be EEE in Vellore campus while in Chennai and other campuses you have the better chances to take core branch with this rank.
