Hi Utkarsh,

BITS courses are recognized as world class, which emphasis on analyzing skills along with hands-on laboratory-based experimentation. Also, BITS Pilani stands amongst the top 10 institutions in the country in terms of quality education and placements.

In Chemical Engineering, the average package is around Rs. 7-8 LPA. There are companies like Schlumberger, Exxonmobile, Cairn, UOP Honeywell etc every year.

So, I will suggest you to go with your main stram either chemical engineering; for further job opportunities too as it will increase chances of good packages for you.

But also, if you are not interested to go further with this stream then you can apply for finance jobs sectors too.

Now, the decision depends on you and your intrests.
