Divya, you can change the State Eligibility. Under this field, you need to select the State you hold the domicile of. The rest of the States barring Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh will be available for you to participate in All India Counselling. Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh do not participate in All India Counselling.  So if you belong to Rajasthan and have chosen Rajasthan in that field, you are correct and it doesn't need any changes.
